
Thank you for shopping at FINAKPOP — a UK-based small business. All items are shipped from overseas warehouses via air freight, and most are limited, time-sensitive, or made to order.

All orders include customs-cleared air shipping.
Delays may occur due to customs or logistics. We do not refund for delays unless a guaranteed date was provided in writing.
Orders can only be cancelled before fulfilment begins.
Once processing starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
Pre-orders and clearance items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
We generally do not accept returns for unwanted items due to the nature of our goods (e.g. sealed albums, limited editions).
Exceptionally, we may accept returns if:
You contact us within 3 days of delivery
The item is unopened, unused, and not a sale or pre-order item
You agree to cover return shipping + £8 restocking fee
(All returns must be pre-approved in writing.)
If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Clear, timestamped photos
Unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened
Without this, claims may be rejected.
If accepted, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Minor dents or factory issues (e.g. missing photocards) are not eligible for refund, as they are outside our control.
Final sale, discounted, and pre-order items are non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Customers are responsible for safe return postage with tracking.
